Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zion Signatures website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Zion Signatures provides creative and digital services including but not limited to:
- Branding & Identity Design
- Web Design & Development
- Digital Strategy Consulting
- Creative Consulting
The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Payment Terms
All fees are agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated:
- A deposit of 50% is required before any work commences
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or delivery
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
- All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to applicable VAT
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and rights to deliverables created specifically for their project. Zion Signatures retains the right to:
- Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
- Retain ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in delivery
- Use general knowledge and skills acquired during the project for other clients
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
- Supply all necessary content, assets, and access credentials
- Ensure that content provided does not infringe third-party rights
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zion Signatures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless Zion Signatures is in material breach of the agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
